Layered shades offer the most flexibility; constructed with one sheet of fabric that is formed into two overlapping layers (bands of sheer fabric and tightly woven bands of colored fabric). The sheer fabric allows excellent visibility through the shade while blocking damaging UV rays while the solid fabric filters out or blocks light for privacy and light control.
Layered shades are available in textured weaves or shiny metallic to accent any decor style. Valances are included in layered shades made of a fabric wrapped cassette that offer a sleek and upgraded look at no additional cost.
